Hi,  I'm trying to get info on writting an ant script to do deploy/redeploy an .ear.  I used the cfgaction -updatecsear command successfully for .war & .jar but get exception when trying to deploy and .ear.  Exception is:

QueryComponent etc.) with VCM/DP api.

This is my code (temp is an istance of QueryComponent):

 I am very new to portal of vignette. So can i get any guidance from any one who is intrested in sharing some knowledge. Few basic points i would like to know is about developing portlet is do Vignette portal has got any specific deployment descriptors required in an application to get in deployed in vignette portal server.

Please some broader idea on vignette portal with any links would be appretited.
