Hi All,
I am working as a Content migrator. I don't Know the flow (How the VCM Contents is displaying in VAP), I have worked in Both DSM/DPM, Please anyone tell me how the Vignette Application Portal is displaying VCM Contents.
I have created the contents in VCM then I created the Navigation item for the VCM content, in the URL field I given the VCM Content GUID. My question is How the Portal is Identifying that GUID and Display it in Preview Mode.
We are Using Dyanamic Site Module. Please tell me How the DPM/DSM will help to integrate with VCM.

I have a content input form,in which there are few editlive widgets.I want to hide few of them based on another widget value(select).I did this using javascript ,here i used object.style.display:none.every thing is fine till now .

But the problem is the other tabs of the content input form except general tab didnot work.

Does any one know how to setup path with Rich Media services so that when I upload images through RM I can assign it a relative path of "/images/xyz.gif" and I can call the asset on the portal site with a relative url of "/images/xzy.gif".

I have VCM 7.5 with DPM and Portal.

Give me some idea, where i can strat to read about creation of Workflow. I have searched in vignette site. Am not getting any notes/guide abt workflow creation. I have gone through sdk_extensibilty doc, its full of extensibilty kind of stuff.

Someone pl give me name of the doc that explains basic things abt workflow and how i can create a new workflow.

Hi I am trying to publish the vcm content through API.

This is the code i am trying with

ContentInstance contentInstance = (ContentInstance)ciIteratorCar.next();

ManagedObjectVCMRef mobj = new ManagedObjectVCMRef(contentInstance);

I 've setup a dev. environment with VAP 7.3 + DPM + VCM. Everything apears to be working fine, but when I try to view VCM site list / template list under server console tb, I having the following error:

Error... TAS was not deployed.

But vgn_ext_templating.war and vgn-tas.war is deployed OK under my tomcat 5.5.26.

I'm able to run the TAS diagnose page perfectly with no errors.

 What could be?

I need insert Content Instance into Relator, case relator is empty, I create Content and insert into Relator, but i don't know it.
