Go between pages in a portlet

I'm working on a form that emails its contents. I have
everything working outside of Vignette but I'm having difficulty placing it
within Portal. Currently my biggest road block is that I need to have the
form action go to a different page. This is not working. Can anyone
help me with this?

- Exact scenario or use you are trying to achieve
