How to insert Content Instance into Relator?

Hi,
I need insert Content Instance into Relator, case relator is empty, I create Content and insert into Relator, but i don't know it.
Anybody kindly solve my problem.

Hello:
I don't know whether you still interested in the answer or not, but in my opinion I guess that you should put restricting conditions on the user not to leave the relator empty (Minimum value of one) instead of creating the instance through the code.
Unless your business need forces you to do so.
