portal console admin account - lost

Hi,
Need your help on how to create portal console 7.3 admin account. During the installation, I noted the username and password for the portal admin account but when I tried to log-in to portal console, the admin account is not able to log-in successfully. I tried running the \bin\create_first_admin_account script but still unable to log-in. This script will be used if the admin account was created. So I don't think this solves my problem. By the way, I am using SQL, not LDAP authentication.
Please advise on how to be able to re-create the account.

Hi Guys, I was able to solve
Hi Guys,
I was able to solve my own problem. I checked the logs and found out that there is one column not created in the Users table. After I added this custom column, I was able to log-in using the admin account.
